BUY IN PERSON
The Columbia Theatre Box Office is located at 1231 Vandercook Way, Longview, WA 98632 (approx. 40 feet to the right of the main entrance). The Box Office is open Monday-Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The kiosk is open two hours before each performance for will call pick-up and ticket purchases.
COLUMBIA THEATRE TICKET POLICY DUE TO CANCELLATION
If a show is rescheduled, tickets will automatically be transferred to the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, contact the Box Office and they will assist you with alternative options.
In the event a performance is cancelled, the theatre will provide a full ticket refund, minus any services fees.
LOST TICKETS
Please contact the Box Office during business hours for ticket reissue. A $1.00 reissue fee will apply.
SERVICE FEES
As part of our lease agreement with the City of Longview, to maintain and preserve the historic Columbia Theatre, a service fee of $4.00 is attached to every ticket. There is a convenience fee charged online that is not charged while purchasing by phone or in person at the box office.
AGE RESTRICTIONS OR YOUNG PEOPLE
Contact the Box Office with questions regarding age restrictions and age-appropriate content of performances. For fire and life safety purposes, every person attending a performance must have a ticket.
WHEELCHAIRS AND WALKERS
Accessible seats are located in the last row on the left and right sides of the main floor. Walkers cannot be left in the aisles due to fire safety and egress purposes. Walkers will be placed in a safe place during the performance and brought back to the patron after the performance has ended.
ASSISTED LISTENING DEVICE
The Columbia Theatre is equipped with assisted listening devices. The House Manager or Usher can assist patrons with checking out one of these devices.
COMMUNITY ARTS PARTNERS AND RENTAL EVENTS
Community arts partners and renters set their own ticket prices and policies. Tickets purchased for these events have their own ticket exchange policies which may be different than those set by the Columbia Theatre. Please check with the Box Office for additional information.
