Rental Rates | Tech Specs
When you elect to hold an event at CTPA, your usage fee includes:
Ten consecutive hours use of stage area with basic blacks,
white lighting, and access to public address system including
use of 1 microphone, dressing rooms, and auditorium with house
management and usher services, and ticket set up.
You will need to provide CTPA (not later than) four weeks
in advance of your event:
- Insurance rider
- A detailed list of your needs
- Complete ticketing information
- A professional poster up to 30"x40" may
be submitted for display in upcoming events window
You will be billed, according to your needs, for CTPA services
such as:
- Set up and tear down
- CTPA ticket service
- Technician Services
- Use of CTPA rental equipment

For Commercial rentals the rental fee is the amount show above
or 10% of gross ticket sales, whichever is greater.
Multi-use discount of 15% off Theatre rental fees available
on rentals of more than three days.

Two
CTPA technicians must be on site during entire rental
period, billed at labor cost. Additional set up and
tear down billed at labor cost.
Minimum of one CTPA Ticket Clerk must be on site for a minimum
of three hours per show, billed at labor cost.
Second CTPA ticket clerk is available upon request, billed
according to your needs at labor cost. |
